1. AMENDMENT

Courts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time without any prior written notice to you. The revised Terms will be made available on the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO USE

Access and use of the Platform are available only to persons who are competent to enter into legally binding contracts under the applicable laws. Users who are not competent to contract, including minors, must use the Platform only through a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on the minor's behalf. Courts reserves the right to terminate your access if it is brought to our attention or we have reasons to believe that you are not eligible to use the Platform.

3. SERVICES

The Platform is an online booking and discovery service for available outdoor game courts—including but not limited to courts for box cricket, volleyball, pickleball, and other outdoor sports (collectively, “Services”). Through the Platform, Users can:

• Locate and book available game courts for specific time slots (each time slot being 30 minutes in duration).
• Purchase extensions for additional 30-minute intervals, subject to payment verification.

Upon receipt of complete payment as verified through our designated payment processors, you will receive a confirmation of your booking (a “Confirmation”). Please note that Confirmations are non-transferable and that any extension fees paid are non-refundable; however, such fees may be adjusted toward future bookings as detailed in our booking policy.

4. INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES

While Courts endeavors to ensure that the Platform is accessible 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. Courts shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such interruptions.

5. PRICING, BOOKING, AND REFUND POLICY

Pricing & Payment:

All fees are displayed in INR and include any applicable taxes. Bookings are made exclusively on advance payment through the payment options available on the Platform.

Confirmation & Adjustments:

After payment is successfully verified, you will receive a Confirmation. In instances where alternative time slots or adjustments are required due to scheduling conflicts or other operational factors, you may be asked to revise your booking. Should the revised fees differ, you will be required to pay any additional amount, or if overpaid, any differential may be adjusted as a credit for future bookings.

Refunds:

Except as otherwise detailed herein, fees paid for confirmed bookings or extensions are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, will be issued only where Courts is unable to confirm the requested Services.

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

General Disclaimers:

Courts acts solely as a booking and discovery platform. We are not responsible for:

• Any injuries, health issues, or medical conditions that occur during or after the use of the booked game courts.
• Any damage to personal or public property, loss of personal belongings, or disputes occurring at or around the booked facility.
• The behavior or mismanagement by facility operators, third-party service providers, or any disputes among users (including but not limited to conduct related to drinking, smoking, bullying, or any similar incidents).

User Assumption of Risk:

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the booked courts, including any inherent risks of physical activities. You agree to release and indemnify Courts from any claims arising out of such risks.

7. USER CONDUCT AND GENERAL ETIQUETTE

Conduct Guidelines:

Users are expected to observe general etiquette and maintain respectful behavior while at the game courts. While no specific dress code is enforced, courteous and sportsmanlike conduct is required at all times.

Booking Confirmations:

Multiple confirmations for the same booking slot are not permitted unless you opt for advance booking of two or more consecutive half-hour slots.

Violation and Sanctions:

Any breach of these Terms or failure to comply with guidelines—including causing damage to the facility or engaging in disruptive conduct—may result in the cancellation of your booking, suspension of your account, and/or potential blacklisting from accessing the Platform.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PHOTOGRAPHIC CONSENT

Content Use:

All content on the Platform, including graphics, text, and trademarks, is the property of Courts or its licensors.

Media Consent:

By attending the booked court sessions, you acknowledge that Courts may capture photos and videos during the activities. You grant Courts the right to use such media for promotional purposes without any compensation or further consent.
